Shipping policy

Shipping is arranged through our partner carrier.  Because your FatCat will be delivered in a crate, they have to be picked up from our nearest partner depot, we can’t deliver them to your door (sorry!).

Alternatively, we may be able to arrange delivery directly to a commercial business address with a forklift on site (farms excluded unfortunately).  If this could be an option for you, please advise the address and business name and we will check if delivery is available directly to the address.

 

At FatCat Mini Bikes, we're all about speedy service! Once you place an order, we work hard to get your item on its way, leaving our warehouse within 72 business hours. You can count on our team to keep things moving! 

Once your order is placed and shipping is booked (please allow 72 business hours), we'll provide you with shipping info and a tracking number/link.

Your bike's journey begins once it's dispatched from our warehouse, handled with care by our partner freight company. We'll keep you updated, notifying you when we hand it over to the freight depot. From there, the freight company will provide you with regular updates.

Here's the estimated shipping timeframes after dispatch:

• SA: 3-5 business days
• NSW/ACT: 5-7 business days
• VIC/TAS: 7-10 business days
• QLD/WA/NT: 10-14 business days

Based in Mount Gambier, South Australia, we're proud to ship our fantastic bikes all across Australia! Most shipments within the bottom half of Aus enjoy free delivery too! 

To make things even more convenient for you, we send our cartons to the closest freight depot in our system, so you can easily pick them up from there. With over 130 depots nationwide, our reliable freight company ensures swift delivery.

Our free shipping zone covers most major depots in metro areas, and you'll find any additional shipping costs clearly calculated during checkout.

For some locations like parts of WA, North of Alice Springs in NT, and north of Brisbane in Queensland, there might be additional shipping costs. Don't worry; you'll be informed about these costs before making your purchase.
