Shipping policy
FatCat Mini Bikes is based on the NSW South Coast, with orders dispatched through our freight network from Nowra, NSW.
Mini bike delivery
FatCat mini bikes are shipped Australia-wide in their shipping crates.
Due to the size and weight of our bikes, orders are generally delivered to a nominated freight depot for collection rather than to a residential address.
Available freight options and any applicable shipping charges are calculated based on your location. Enter your address at checkout to see the options available to you.
Free bike shipping is available to most Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane depots, along with selected other locations across Australia.
If your location isn't available at checkout, please contact us at fun@fatcatbikes.com.au for a freight quote.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 72 business hours of your order being placed.
Once dispatched, you will receive available freight and tracking information.
Estimated transit times
Typical transit times after dispatch are:
- NSW & ACT: 2–4 business days
- VIC, QLD & SA: 3–7 business days
- TAS, WA & NT: 6–12 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery timeframes. Regional and remote locations may take longer. Public holidays, peak periods, carrier schedules and circumstances outside our reasonable control may also affect delivery times.
Depot collection
Customers are responsible for collecting their bike from the nominated freight depot once it is ready for collection.
Please ensure the contact details provided with your order are correct so that we and/or the freight carrier can contact you regarding your shipment.
Commercial delivery
In some circumstances, direct delivery may be available to a commercial business address with suitable forklift access.
Commercial delivery is arranged on a case-by-case basis and is not available to residential or farm addresses. Please contact us before ordering if you would like us to check availability.
Parts, accessories and tyres
Parts and accessories are shipped at a $15 flat rate Australia-wide, excluding tyres.
Tyres are shipped at a $60 flat rate Australia-wide.
Parts, accessories and tyres included in the same order as a mini bike receive free shipping.
International shipping
International shipping may be available depending on your location and the products being ordered.
International freight is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact fun@fatcatbikes.com.au before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is possible and provide applicable freight costs.
Freight issues
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items or you experience another problem with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at fun@fatcatbikes.com.au with your order details and photos where relevant.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
