Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your FatCat purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us at fun@fatcatbikes.com.au and we'll help work through it.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including where you:

  • ordered the wrong product
  • no longer want or need the product
  • found it cheaper elsewhere

Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos or video where relevant.

We may need to assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy.

Repairs, replacements and refunds

Your rights depend on the nature of the problem.

For a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a replacement or refund.

For a minor problem, we may provide a repair or other appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

These rights cannot be excluded by this policy.

Returning faulty products

Please contact us before arranging a return so we can provide instructions appropriate to the product and issue.

For large or heavy products such as a FatCat mini bike, we will work with you to arrange appropriate return freight or collection where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product is confirmed to have a problem, reasonable return costs will be handled or reimbursed as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Proof of purchase

We may ask for proof of purchase when assessing a claim. This may include your order confirmation, receipt or other evidence of purchase.

Original packaging is not required to exercise your rights in relation to a faulty product.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
