Assembling your FatCat Mini Bike? One key step is properly routing your cables for optimal performance and durability. Here’s how you can easily do it:

1. Follow the steps in the assembly instructions.

2. Unplug the 3 electrical plugs, untangle wires, run cables as per the attached image, and plug the wires back in.

3. Use the supplied cable ties to secure the wires as shown – leave the throttle cable to float on its own; do not secure it to the other cables.

4. The cable tie tails can be cut flush with a utility knife so there are no sharp edges.

5. Poke the plugs and excess wires into the back of the headlight.
