Whether you're in a major city or out in the sticks, we've got a broad network of freight depots covering the country. Here's how the whole process works.
How Our Shipping Works:
1. Fast Dispatch: Once you place an order, we get your bike crated up and out the door within 72 business hours.
2. Tracking Info: You'll get shipping updates and tracking details once your bike is dispatched.
3. Depot Pickup: Bikes are generally freighted to your nearest depot for you to collect, rather than dropped straight at your door. Free shipping applies to most depots around Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, plus a range of other depots around the country.
4. Check At Checkout: Pop your address in at checkout and we'll show you the available depot and pricing for your area. Can't see an option that works for you? Email us at fun@fatcatbikes.com.au and we'll sort something out.
Estimated Transit Times After Dispatch:
Once your bike's out the door (allow up to 72 business hours for that bit), here's roughly how long transit takes from there:
• NSW & ACT: 2-4 business days
• VIC, QLD & SA: 3-7 business days
• TAS, WA & NT: 6-12 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Regional and remote areas can take a bit longer, and public holidays or peak trading periods can add extra time on top.
